A New Year - 2012!

When there has been such tradegy back home in Christchurch it really makes you appreciate family and friends.

Bring on 2012 and lets hope it all settles down very soon for Christchurch. My home town will never be the same.

The girls have been exploring Brisbane and the year has only started......Lizzie was a little sad as daddy had to go back to work on New Year's Day so we decided to cheer her up with visiting a few favourite places - feeding the ducks and playgrounds.

A Willett Christmas in Brisbane 2011....

We had a lovely Christmas this year as Elizabeth was more aware of what was happening and we were all together as a family for the first time too.

She was spoilt rotten by everyone and had an amazing month of December. Starting from her first taste of chocolate (thanks Grandma) to her first live concert (The Wiggles - thanks daddy!) and many more wonderful days in between.

Fun was had by all and it was great to see the joy of Lizzie's face as she opened all her pressies in the morning.

Long time.....finally an update.....

Well, it has been over six months but I finally have made time to update you all with some Christmas photos and a few New Year shots.

Elizabeth had her first trip to Dreamworld where she saw her first (up close) Kangeroo and Koala.

She had an amazing time at Wiggles World and loved her new Dora Doll!

We had so much fun catching up with Lisa and her daughter Courtenay and we miss them heaps already....
